The Prim violin strings are known to be the reliable steel core string with quick response, outstanding durability and bright warm tone. You will be surprised to experience the balance between the bright and warm tone.

These steel strings have the advantages of a very quick setting time and keeps the pitch despite changes in temperature and humidity.

The construction features a Stainless steel flat winding, this is more durable compared to Aluminum and Silver windings and materials in between the core and the winding gives the strings outstanding protection against corrosion.

You can choose from three different hardness of the strings, soft, medium or hard. We also sell the strings for smaller violins 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8.

Soft

Soft tone is the lowest tension to choose.

Medium

Medium tension is used by a broad majority of players.
The favorite choice for Bluegrass and old fiddle players.

Orchestra

The Orchestra gauge gives great volume and brightness.
Popular in orchestras to get extra volume.
