For the first time there is a Bb string with a good mix of tension, pitch stability and response. This is not just a string for sound effects but a string that matches the other 6 and works well for melodical playing.
Our Carbon steel core makes a very stable string that sets in tune quickly and stays in tune very well.
The string is stable with changes in temperature and you don´t get corrosion on the stainless steel flat winding.
Bb is available in two lengths. The regular (1317) works for all violins with less than 395mm /15,55 in from the Ballend to nut. The extra long version (art.no 1318) for other instruments.
